By using DateShot you agree to these Terms of Service. DateShot provides a paid service that generates dating-profile-style images from photos and preferences you submit.
You must be at least 18 years old. You grant us permission to process your uploads solely to provide the service. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and support are handled per our published FAQ and by contacting support.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what the law requires. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Governing law is specified on the full Terms page.
