DateShot ("we", "us") provides AI-generated dating profile photos. This policy describes how we handle personal information.
We collect your email address, quiz preferences (such as style choices and attributes you provide), and payment-related information processed by Stripe. We use this data to fulfill your order, communicate with you, and improve our service operations.
Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored on cloud infrastructure (with encryption at rest provided by our hosting providers) as needed to run and deliver your job. GPU processing runs on ephemeral compute. Temporary model-training workspace data from the generation pipeline is not retained after your job completes. We retain your input (uploaded) images for up to 30 days after delivery for quality assurance if you raise an issue with your order, then we delete them. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your photos to train unrelated third-party AI models.
