Questions
What is a credit?
One unit of generation. A photo costs 1, a video costs 10, and training a new identity costs 100. Your first model is trained free on every plan. If a render fails, the credits go back.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, up to 400 on top of each monthly top up. A quiet month does not vanish, but the balance will not grow forever either.
What if I run out before the month is up?
Top up from your settings page: 100 credits at a time, no plan change required. Top up credits sit alongside your monthly allowance.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, both directions, from the billing portal in your settings. Slots and the monthly allowance follow the new plan from the next invoice.
What happens if I cancel?
Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that the account goes to cold storage: your trained models and your library are kept for 90 days, so resubscribing picks up where you left off.
Is the academy included?
Yes. Every plan unlocks the full academy, every part and every lesson, from day one. There is nothing extra to buy.
