Effective: September 2026. DateShot ("we", "us") provides an educational course and hosted software (the "Studio") for creating and operating AI-generated creator personas. By purchasing or using DateShot you agree to these terms.
A one-time tier purchase grants lifetime access to that tier's course content, community access, and Studio access with the stated included membership months and credits. After the included months, Studio and community access require an active monthly membership. Prices, inclusions and credit costs are as shown at checkout.
Credits meter GPU work (image, video, and training runs at the posted rates). Monthly membership grants expire per the posted rollover cap; purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active. Failed runs are automatically refunded. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Cancel anytime; your membership runs to the end of the paid period. Your account then enters cold storage for 90 days: your models, datasets and content are retained and finished content remains downloadable, but rendering and training are disabled. Reactivating within 90 days restores your founding rate. After 90 days the account is archived and stored assets may be deleted.
You own the content you generate. Trained identity models (LoRA weights) are created on our infrastructure and licensed to you for use within the Studio; weight-file export is available as a paid asset release (included at the Agency tier). You are solely responsible for how you use generated content, including compliance with the laws and platform policies that apply to you.
We do not review, filter or moderate your prompts or generations. We advise against creating NSFW or adult content: it carries platform, payment-processor and legal risk that falls entirely on you, but the choice and the responsibility are yours. Content that is illegal (including any content involving minors, real-person impersonation without consent, or content illegal in your jurisdiction) is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
No reselling, sharing or scraping of the course or Studio; one account per purchaser. No attempts to circumvent metering, security or access controls. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
The course is education, not a guarantee of income. Results depend on your execution. The Studio is provided "as is"; GPU capacity and third-party model availability can vary. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
