Tier purchases include immediate access to the full course and metered GPU compute, so they carry a 14-day action-based guarantee: if within 14 days you have completed Module 0, built a model with the wizard, and generated your first content batch, and DateShot still isn't for you, email support with your account email and we'll refund your tier purchase in full, minus any credit packs consumed beyond your included grant.
Monthly membership renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime effective at period end. Annual memberships are refundable pro-rata within 14 days of renewal.
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not.
Installment plans are a payment schedule for a tier purchase, not a subscription: the guarantee above applies from the first payment, and missed installments suspend access until resolved.
Email support from your purchase email with "refund" in the subject. Refunds process to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
